What You’ll Be Doing

1. People Management & Leadership

  • Partner closely with the HR team to source, recruit, and retain top retail talent while keeping turnover and absenteeism in check.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding for new joiners, collaborate with the Training department on tailored development plans, and support individual career paths.
  • Drive individual and store KPIs alongside the Country Manager, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide continuous, constructive coaching.
  • Lead daily shift briefings, design smart store rosters aligned with foot traffic trends, enforce brand grooming/behavior standards.

2. Sales Management & Profitability

  • Take charge of daily store operations to maximize sales and profitability while ensuring every customer receives exceptional service.
  • Communicate daily targets and hourly achievements during briefings, champion key product launches, and stay hands-on on the sales floor.
  • Monitor direct competitor activities, analyze weekly/monthly sales performance, manage store costs closely, and monitor the Profit & Loss statement.

3. Customer Service, Merchandising & Operations

  • Cultivate relationships with loyal shoppers, drive CRM membership recruitment, and maintain pristine Mystery Shopper standards across the team.
  • Ensure flawless visual merchandising following global guidelines, maintain a pristine sales floor and stockroom, minimize inventory shrinkage, and partner with the Supply Chain team.
  • Enforce strict cash-handling and shortage-prevention procedures, manage store audits seamlessly, and execute weekly action plans.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven leadership background in store management, retail operations, or a similar fast-paced consumer environment.
  • Strong business acumen paired with exceptional people leadership and coaching abilities.
