Join as a Retail Supervisor and play a key role in driving store performance while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

🚀 Your Role

As a Retail Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of a department and lead a team of Retail Assistants to ensure smooth store operations, strong sales performance, and high service standards.

🔹 What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets
  • Plan staff schedules, assign tasks, and manage team performance
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
  • Maintain high standards of merchandising, housekeeping, and visual presentation
  • Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, and shrinkage management
  • Work closely with Store Management to execute promotions and marketing campaigns
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales, efficiency, and customer satisfaction

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
  • 3–5 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication abilities
  • Knowledge of merchandising, stock management, and store operations
  • Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
