We're hiring experienced Senior Sales Associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a modern, customer-focused eyewear retail environment for a fast-growing international eyewear brand! ๐Ÿ‘“

๐Ÿ’ฐ Salary & Benefits

  • Basic Salary: Up to $3,300/month + AWS
  • Monthly Sales Incentives: $500โ€“$1,000 (subject to KPI achievement)
  • Potential Gross Earnings: Up to $4,300/month

๐Ÿ‘“ What You'll Be Doing

  • Assist customers in selecting suitable eyewear, frames and sunglasses
  • Provide personalised recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences
  • Deliver excellent customer service and build lasting customer relationships
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs
  • Handle cashiering, stock replenishment and inventory
  • Maintain product displays and support daily store operations

โญ Who We're Looking For

  • Experience in luxury or premium retail would be advantageous
  • Strong sales track record and customer service skills.
  • Good communication skills to assist customers effectively.
  • Professional grooming and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, customer-focused and comfortable working retail shifts, weekends and public holidays.

No optical retail experience required. Training will be provided on eyewear products and customer consultations.

  • Work Week: 5 days, 44 hours
