Beauty Retail Store Manager |From SGD 6,000/Month

Key Responsibilities

Lead & Develop Your Team

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, coaching and career development.
  • Set clear objectives, conduct performance reviews and provide regular feedback.
  • Plan effective rosters based on customer traffic and sales trends.
  • Build an engaged team and uphold grooming, conduct and service standards.

Drive Sales & Profitability

  • Achieve store sales, KPI and profitability targets.
  • Analyse performance, identify opportunities and implement action plans.
  • Manage store costs and monitor profit and loss.
  • Lead from the sales floor and support product launches, promotions and campaigns.

Deliver Outstanding Customer Experiences

  • Build customer loyalty and drive membership recruitment.
  • Resolve customer feedback professionally and maintain consistent service standards.
  • Partner with the CRM team to deliver customer engagement initiatives.

Ensure Operational Excellence

  • Oversee inventory accuracy, stock replenishment and shrinkage prevention.
  • Maintain visual merchandising, planogram and store presentation standards.
  • Ensure compliance with cash-handling procedures, company policies and audit requirements.
  • Coordinate with HR, Training, Supply Chain and other support teams.

Requirements

  • Proven retail store management experience, preferably in beauty or cosmetics.
  • Must have directly managed a team of at least 20 staff.
  • Strong track record in achieving sales targets and managing store operations.
  • Experience in staff development, customer service, inventory control and cost management.
  • Commercially minded, with strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on and comfortable leading in a fast-paced retail environment.
