Looking for a stable role in Tampines with structured hours, great allowances, and every Sunday off? A leading company in Tampines is hiring hands-on Warehouse Operators to join!

🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Receiving & Inbound: Unload, inspect, and verify incoming IT hardware, equipment, and components against delivery orders.
  • Inventory Management: Perform accurate put-away, stock counts, and systematic tracking using warehouse management systems (WMS) / handheld scanners.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, label, and stage materials accurately for scheduled production or external shipment.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all goods are handled with care, strictly adhering to ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) and safety standards.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a safe, tidy, and highly organized working environment.

✅ Requirements

  • Prior experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or material handling is preferred (experience in IT, electronics, or data center hardware is a bonus!).
  • Valid Forklift / Reach Truck license is an added advantage.
  • Ability to operate handheld scanners and perform basic computer entry.
  • Physical capability to lift materials and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to commit to weekly rotating day and night, 12 hours pattern.

💰 Attractive Remuneration & Perks

  • Basic Salary: $2,600 – $3,000 per month (depending on experience)
  • Shift Allowances:
  • 12-hour Day Shift: Additional S$12 per shift
  • 12-hour Night Shift: Additional S$24 per shift
  • Meal + Transport allowance: $16 per day
  • Work Location: Tampines
  • Rest Day: All Sundays are OFF!

⏰ Structured Working Hours

  • Training: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Subsequent roster: Weekly rotating day/night shifts (12-hour shifts: 8AM – 8PM / 8PM – 8AM)
  • Ability to follow 4-day shift pattern (rotating): Team A: Monday to Thursday Team B: Friday, Saturday, Monday, Tuesday Team C: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
