Die neue fische GmbH ist Deutschlands führender Anbieter für Technology Bootcamps. In 12-wöchigen Intensivkursen ermöglichen wir Quereinsteiger*innen eine Karriere als Web Developer*in oder Data Scientist*in. In den USA haben sich Bootcamps längst erfolgreich etabliert – dank neue fische gibt es den innovativen Bildungsansatz seit 2018 auch “made in Germany”. Mit einem hohen Frauenanteil in den Kursen sorgt neue fische nicht nur für mehr Talente, sondern auch für mehr Diversity in der IT. Unser starkes Partnernetzwerk von führenden Digitalunternehmen aus ganz Deutschland beweist, dass unser „Education-to-Employment“ Konzept erfolgreich ist.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Beratung und Gewinnung von Interessent*innen für unsere Bootcamps und Konzepte
  • Administrative Aufgaben rund um die Teilnahme und Anmeldung
  • Bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit, z.B. mit Coaches, dem Career Service Team, sowie Werkstudent*innen
  • Support bei der Durchführung des gesamten Rekrutierungsprozesses unserer Teilnehmer*innen vom Erstkontakt bis zur Anmeldung

Dein Profil:

  • Eingeschriebener Student in Bereichen wie Geisteswissenschaften, BWL, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder ähnliche (mindestens noch 1 Jahr eingeschrieben)
  • Erstes Erfahrung im Bereich HR, Recruiting, Kundenberatung
  • Offene, hilfsbereite Persönlichkeit und eine starke Überzeugungskraft
  • Zuverlässige, strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Google Suite Programmen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1)
