Dla naszego klienta poszukujemy kandydatów z doświadczeniem w branży związanej z obróbką metalu na stanowisko Brygadzisty.

Wymagania:

- Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołem produkcyjnym, mile widziane w warunkach produkcji gniazdowej (rozproszonej). - Wymagana znajomość technologii obróbki metalu i spawania. - Wykształcenie techniczne, umiejętność rozwiązywania problemów technicznych. - Umiejętność współpracy z innymi obszarami i działami.

Zakres obowiązków:

- Nadzór nad procesem produkcji. - Organizacja pracy zespołu. - Kontrola jakości i rysunek techniczny. - Przydzielanie zadań podległym pracownikom i ustalanie priorytetów. - Nadzorowanie bieżącej pracy grupy pod względem czasu oraz jakości wyrobów. - Wsparcie merytoryczne i techniczne dla zespołu w codziennych zadaniach. - Weryfikacja zgodności działań z dokumentacją techniczną. - Kontrola stanu maszyn, urządzeń oraz narzędzi. - Zgłaszanie usterek i dbałość o optymalizację procesów
