Dla naszego klienta poszukujemy:

Lidera/Liderki Prototypowni, który stoi na czele zespołu, który nadaje projektom realny kształt. Koordynuje pracę modelarzy, dbając o sprawną organizację, terminowość oraz wysoką jakość wykonywanych modeli. Wspólnie z zespołem przekłada koncepcje, wizualizacje i rysunki techniczne na fizyczne prototypy, które pozwalają zweryfikować założenia projektowe i przygotować rozwiązania do kolejnych etapów realizacji. Wspiera współpracę między działami, pomaga znajdować praktyczne rozwiązania i czuwa nad tym, aby każdy projekt został wykonany zgodnie z oczekiwaniami klientów oraz standardami firmy.

Obowiązki:

  • Zarządzanie codzienną pracą modelarni oraz planowanie zadań zespołu.
  • Koordynowanie realizacji prototypów zgodnie z harmonogramem i wymaganiami projektowymi.
  • Współpraca z działami Design, Engineering, Project Management i Produkcji.
  • Zapewnienie wysokiej jakości wykonywanych modeli i prototypów.
  • Rozwijanie kompetencji zespołu, udzielanie wsparcia i dbanie o dobrą atmosferę pracy.
  • Wdrażanie usprawnień zwiększających efektywność i bezpieczeństwo pracy.
  • Zarządzanie materiałami, narzędziami i wyposażeniem modelarni.
  • Dbanie o przestrzeganie standardów BHP oraz organizację stanowisk pracy.

Wymagania:

  • Doświadczenia w pracy w modelarni, prototypowni lub środowisku produkcyjnym.
  • Doświadczenia w zarządzaniu zespołem.
  • Umiejętności planowania pracy i ustalania priorytetów.
  • Samodzielności oraz odpowiedzialności za realizację powierzonych zadań.
  • Dobrej komunikacji i umiejętności współpracy z różnymi zespołami.
  • Nastawienia na jakość, ciągłe doskonalenie i rozwiązywanie problemów.
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego.
