Jesteśmy w trakcie poszukiwania Specjalisty Sprzedaży B2B (usługi rekrutacyjne), który dołączy do naszego zgranego i wspierającego zespołu. Na tym stanowisku będziesz odpowiedzialny za pozyskiwanie nowych klientów i sprzedaż usług rekrutacyjnych, współpracując z najlepszymi firmami z Polski. Rekrutujemy dla takich firm jak np.: Gillet, Amcor, Flint. Twoje codzienne obowiązki obejmować będą m.in.: prospecting, prowadzenie spotkań sprzedażowych, współpraca z marketingiem i zespołem rekrutacji, a także zwiększanie rozpoznawalności marki. Praca zdalna.

  • Posiadasz minimum roczne doświadczenie w sprzedaży B2B (usług HR),
  • Potrafisz rozmawiać o potrzebach klientów i trafnie zadawać pytania,
  • Rozumiesz procesy rekrutacyjne,
  • Wiesz, jak ustalać cele i priorytetu, aby osiągnąć wyznaczone targety,
  • Lubisz sprzedaż i rekrutację! My kochamy swoją robotę :)
  • Jesteś nastawiona/ny na szukanie rozwiązań oraz nieustannie się uczysz. Nasza praca nie jest powtarzalna.
  • Posługujesz się swobodnie j. angielskim (poziom B2).
