היקף משרה: משרה מלאה, ימים א'-ה', 08:00–16:30

זהו תפקיד תפעולי-אדמיניסטרטיבי (Back-Office), הכולל ליווי וניהול תיקי רופאים מחו"ל שעברו תהליכי התמחות במדינות שונות ומעוניינים בהכרה כמומחים בישראל. התפקיד דורש שילוב בין עבודה אדמיניסטרטיבית מדויקת, ניתוח מסמכים מורכבים מול הרגולציה והבירוקרטיה, ומתן מענה שירותי ורגיש תרבותית.

תחומי אחראיות:

  • איסוף, בדיקה והצלבת נתונים במערכות המידע, והכנת תיקי מתמחים לקראת דיון בוועדות המקצועיות למתן תואר "מומחה".
  • מחקר ואיסוף מידע על מסלולי התמחות והסמכה במדינות המקור, ובדיקת עמידתם בדרישות הרגולציה והסטנדרטים של המועצה המדעית בארץ.
  • הכנת החומרים לוועדות, ריכוז עבודתן, ובמידת הצורך ניהול נוכחות והשתתפות בוועדות.
  • מתן מענה מקצועי, סבלני ופרואקטיבי לרופאים, ייצוג דרישות המערכת תוך התמודדות עם התנגדויות ומציאת פתרונות מותאמים אישית במסגרת החוק.
  • שיתוף פעולה רציף מול גורמים פנים-ארגוניים וממשקים חיצוניים.
  • השתלבות ביוזמות ובפרויקטים מיוחדים של היחידה והארגון בהתאם לצורך.

דרישות:

  • אנגלית ברמת שפת אם (דיבור, קריאה וכתיבה ברמה גבוהה מאוד) – חובה.
