תחומי אחריות:

• גיבוש והובלת תוכנית העבודה של מערכות המידע בהתאם לצורכי הארגון וליעדיו. • ניהול צוות של כ-4-6 עובדים.

• אחריות על כלל המערכות הארגוניות, התשתיות, התקשורת, הענן, הציוד והרישוי.

• ניהול השירות והתמיכה למשתמשים ושיפור זמינות, איכות השירות וחוויית המשתמש.

• הובלת פרויקטים טכנולוגיים חוצי ארגון – מאבחון הצורך ועד ליישום, הטמעה ובקרה על התוצאה.

• מעורבות מקצועית שוטפת בעבודה עצמה, כולל פתרון בעיות, בחינת חלופות, קבלת החלטות והנעת משימות לביצוע.

• קביעת סדרי עדיפויות בין תקלות, צרכים שוטפים, פרויקטים ושיפורים בהתאם לחשיבות הארגונית, רמת הסיכון והמשאבים הזמינים.

• אחריות לעמידה בלוחות זמנים, אבני דרך ותוצרים שהוגדרו בתוכנית העבודה.

• אחריות על אבטחת מידע, הרשאות, גיבויים, רציפות תפקודית והתמודדות עם אירועים וסיכונים.

• שיפור החיבור בין מערכות, צמצום כפילויות ותהליכים ידניים ושיפור איכות המידע.

• ניהול ופיתוח צוות מערכות המידע והצבת סטנדרטים ברורים של מקצועיות, שירות וביצוע.

• שותפות עם הנהלת הארגון והאגפים בתרגום צרכים לפתרונות מעשיים וישימים.

מאפייני התפקיד:

• תפקיד ניהולי אשר מהווה חבר/ת הנהלה בכיר/ה, אשר יושב/ת בפורום הנהלה. • זהו תפקיד ניהולי Hands-on, ולא תפקיד של ניהול מרחוק בלבד.

• יכולת לעבור באופן שוטף בין הסתכלות מערכתית וקביעת כיוון לבין ירידה לפרטים והבנת הבעיה בפועל.

• קבלת החלטות מקצועיות, תעדוף בין משימות מתחרות, הנעת עובדים וספקים ובקרה על עמידה ביעדים ובלוחות זמנים.

• עבודה בארגון מבוזר, דינמי ומרובה ממשקים, שחלק משמעותי מפעילותו מתרחש בשטח.

• יכולת לפעול במציאות של משאבים מוגבלים, להסיר חסמים ולקחת אחריות מלאה על התוצאה.
