תיאור התפקיד

אחריות כוללת לניהול תיקי הכספים של יחידות הארגון מקצה לקצה. התפקיד מהווה גשר פיננסי מרכזי עבור המנהלים בשטח, ומשלב הנהלת חשבונות שוטפת, בקרות, ניתוח נתונים והנגשת מידע פיננסי לגורמים שאינם מאנשי הכספים.

  • ניהול שוטף מא' עד ת': התאמות בנקים, ספקים, לקוחות, קבלות, הפקדות וטיפול בתשלומים.
  • ניתוח ומעקב פיננסי, כולל הכנת מאזני בוחן, דוחות הכנסות והוצאות ודוחות שנתיים.
  • בקרה שוטפת, זיהוי חריגים, הצפתם לגורמים המוסמכים וסגירת טיפול מלאה.
  • הדרכה, ליווי ומתן הסברים בגובה העיניים למנהלי היחידות השונות.
  • השתתפות במשימות רוחב מחלקתיות, גיבוי עמיתים ושיפור תהליכי עבודה.
