Pour compléter notre équipe administrative à notre succursale de Neuchâtel, nous sommes à la recherche de notre futur\-e

Assistant\-e de projet à 80% \- 100%

Votre mission :

A ce poste très varié, vous assistez et soutenez les responsables de projets dans la réalisation de leurs tâches, notamment :

  • Assurer le suivi administratif des projets (contrats, avenants, décomptes et paiements)
  • Gérer les comparatifs, les adjudications et validations dans
  • Préparer les dossiers pour les validations et les décomptes finaux
  • Coordination administrative avec les sous\-traitants, les maîtres d'ouvrage et l'équipe de projet
  • Contribuer à la gestion documentaire (GED)
  • Participer à l'harmonisation des processus administratifs en Suisse romande

Votre profil :

• Expérience impérative dans le domaine de la construction (idéalement en entreprise générale) • CFC d’employé\-e de commerce ou diplôme équivalent • Correspondance française irréprochable (rédaction et orthographe) • Des connaissances d’allemand sont un fort atout • Parfaite maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels (suite MS office) et dans l’idéal des logiciels spécifiques à la construction ( , Olmero, ...) • Personnalité autonome, rigoureuse, proactive, flexible, sachant orienter ses activités vers l’objectif final • Entregent, esprit d’équipe
