Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Bank Operating Hours) Location: Naga Branches Industry: Bank Industry

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote and sell life insurance and investment products to bank customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with bank staff to generate referrals and leads.
  • Conduct financial needs analysis to recommend suitable financial solutions.
  • Provide after-sales service and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Attend regular training sessions and product briefings to stay updated.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • Preferably with experience in sales, banking, insurance, or customer service (at least 6 months and above of experience)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be willing to be assigned in designated bank branches.
