  • Assist in workforce planning and manpower deployment in coordination with business and recruitment teams.
  • Monitor employee attendance, turnover, manpower movements, and other workforce indicators; identify trends and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and HR programs designed to improve employee morale, retention, and workplace culture.
  • Provide HR support during employee onboarding, transfers, promotions, movements, and other employee lifecycle activities.
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of HR documentation, employee records, reports, and case files.
  • Coordinate with relevant HR functions such as Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, and HR Administration to resolve employee and operational requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analysis covering headcount, turnover, absenteeism, employee relations cases, and other workforce metrics.
  • Support HR initiatives, projects, and organizational changes that contribute to business and operational effectiveness.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information and HR cases.

Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, company policies, and standard HR practices.
  • Strong ability to independently handle employee concerns while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise managers on people-related matters.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
