IT Portfolio Associate

Job Summary

Provides administrative, analytical, and coordination support for IT portfolio management and governance activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain IT project and portfolio databases.
  • Collect and consolidate project status updates.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and governance materials.
  • Track project milestones, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate governance meetings and maintain meeting records.
  • Follow up on project deliverables and action items.
  • Maintain IT policies, procedures, and project documentation.
  • Support IT planning and budgeting activities.
  • Assist with portfolio analysis and reporting.
  • Ensure project information is accurate and up to date.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in PMO, IT operations, project coordination, or administration.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets and presentation skills.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with project management tools is an advantage.
