  • Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing, favorable commercial terms, and quality products while ensuring timely delivery.
  • Prepare and process purchase requests, purchase orders, quotations, and other procurement documentation.
  • Coordinate closely with Engineering, Project Management, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure procurement activities align with project schedules and operational requirements.
  • Procure construction materials, electrical components, solar equipment, tools, consumables, and other project-related requirements.
  • Monitor purchase orders and supplier commitments to ensure on-time delivery and proactively resolve delays or supply issues.
  • Maintain supplier records and assist in vendor accreditation, evaluation, and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, budget requirements, and procurement procedures.

  • Spearhead the setup and implementation of the company's new warehouse, including warehouse layout, storage systems, inventory processes, and operational procedures.
  • Establish and maintain effective warehouse policies and material handling practices to ensure efficient operations.
  • Ensure proper receiving, inspection, labeling, storage, and safekeeping of all materials in accordance with company standards and manufacturer recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure all inventory transactions are properly documented.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits while reconciling inventory discrepancies.
  • Monitor stock levels and recommend replenishment to prevent shortages, excess inventory, and project disruptions.
  • Ensure the warehouse is organized, secure, and compliant with safety and housekeeping standards.

Materials Coordination & Project Support

  • Coordinate the timely issuance and delivery of materials, tools, and equipment to project sites based on approved schedules.
  • Monitor material movements between the warehouse, project sites, and suppliers, ensuring complete documentation for all transactions.
  • Work closely with project teams to forecast material requirements and support project execution timelines.
  • Track material consumption and provide regular inventory and procurement status reports to management.
  • Identify opportunities to improve procurement efficiency, inventory accuracy, warehouse utilization, and overall supply chain processes.
  • Assist in resolving material shortages, delivery concerns, and inventory-related issues to minimize project delays.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in procurement, warehouse operations, inventory management, or supply chain functions.
  • Experience supporting renewable energy, solar EPC, construction, engineering, electrical, manufacturing, or infrastructure projects is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of procurement best practices, inventory control, warehouse management, and supplier relationship management.
  • Familiarity with procuring construction materials, electrical equipment, solar components, industrial supplies, or project-related materials is an advantage.
  • Experience using ERP, inventory management, or procurement systems is preferred.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
