Job Title: Sales Associate Metro Manila | On-site

Job Summary:

The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and supporting daily store operations. This role involves assisting customers, achieving sales targets, maintaining strong product knowledge, and ensuring the store environment reflects brand standards.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, results-driven, and possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
  • Provide accurate information on products, pricing, promotions, and store policies.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently.

Sales & Performance

  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Promote ongoing campaigns, loyalty programs, and special offers.
  • Track personal performance and proactively seek improvement.

Merchandising & Store Operations

  • Maintain attractive and organized product displays.
  • Ensure shelves are stocked and inventory levels are monitored.
  • Assist in receiving, tagging, and replenishing stock.
  • Support store opening and closing procedures.

Cash Handling & Compliance

  • Process transactions accurately using POS systems.
  • Handle cash and other payment methods responsibly.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.

Qualifications:

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (required).

Experience

  • 1–2 years of retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Basic numerical and computer proficiency (POS systems).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
