Etsimme myynnillisiä ja itseohjautuvia tekijöitä eri puolille Suomea, joilla on aito kiinnostus HR- ja rekrytointialaa kohtaan. Tehtävässä menestyminen edellyttää kykyä tunnistaa huippuosaajat, rakentaa pitkäaikaisia asiakassuhteita ja viedä rekrytointiprosessit laadukkaasti maaliin. Saat merkittävän osuuden omasta laskutuksestasi ja pääset vaikuttamaan suoraan omaan ansaintaasi.

Keskeiset vastuualueet

  • Suunnitella ja toteuttaa rekrytointi- ja headhunting-prosesseja eri toimialoille.
  • Tunnistaa ja lähestyä passiivisia ja aktiivisia kandidaatteja eri lähteistä (esim. verkostot, LinkedIn ja alan tapahtumat).
  • Rakentaa ja ylläpitää luottamuksellisia suhteita asiakkaisiin ja ehdokkaisiin.
  • Koordinoida hakuprosessin eri vaiheita ja varmistaa rekrytointien laadukas läpivienti.
  • Osallistua myyntiin ja tarjousten laatimiseen sekä kehittää omaa liiketoimintaa osana organisaatiotamme.
