The posting

HSB planerar, finansierar, bygger och förvaltar bostäder över hela Sverige – i dag totalt cirka 25 000 hyresrätter och 340 000 bostadsrättslägenheter. HSB Södra Norrland verkar i Gävleborg, Västernorrland och Jämtland. Vi servar vi ca 450 bostadsrättsföreningar och andra fastighetsägare med ett heltäckande utbud av förvaltningstjänster. HSB har också ca 2 000 hyreslägenheter i området. Till vår hjälp har vi ca 230 duktiga medarbetare som nu behöver förstärkning i Sundsvall. Ansvar och arbetsuppgifter Vi söker dig som är intresserad av att arbeta med löpande- och förebyggande underhåll, utveckling och ständiga förbättringar av fastigheter och bostäder. En viktig del i tjänsten är att identifiera och föreslå åtgärder för att utveckla våra kunders fastigheter så att de blir effektiva och hållbara. Som reparatör med inriktning mot elektriker kommer du medverka vid olika projekt gällande ombyggnad av värmecentraler, belysning, ventilation samt installationer inom styr- och reglersystem. En annan roll är att hantera vårt dagliga behov av el-jobb för våra bostadsrättsföreningar och övriga kunder. Beredskap ingår i tjänsten. Erfarenhet Vi ser att du har relevant utbildning och flera års erfarenhet från branschen. I tjänsten som reparatör med inriktning mot elektriker krävs att du har datorvana, att du behärskar det svenska språket i tal och skrift. B-körkort är ett krav. Personliga egenskaper I rollen som reparatör är du HSBs ansikte utåt. Egenskaper som noggrannhet, ansvarskänsla och engagemang är viktiga för att kunna fullgöra uppdraget och leverera med hög kvalité. Arbetet kräver att du är självgående, strukturerad och trivs med att själv planera ditt arbete och din arbetsdag. Du ska ha förmåga att kunna arbeta såväl självständigt som i grupp. Vidare förutsätter vi att du delar våra värderingar och att ditt agerande gentemot medlemmar och kunder utgår ifrån dem.
