Einleitung

Die HSV Fußball AG & Co. KGaA sucht ab Oktober 2026 eine/-n Pflichtpraktikant/-in (m/w/d) Strategische Kooperationen zur Unterstützung unseres Teams für sechs Monate in Vollzeit. Als Teil des Bereichs Strategische Kooperationen erhältst du Einblicke in zentrale strategische Projekte des HSV und unterstützt uns bei Analysen, Recherchen, Präsentationen sowie der Weiterentwicklung von Reporting- und Projektstrukturen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung bei Benchmarking-Analysen und Recherchen im nationalen und internationalen Vergleich
  • Ausarbeitung von Folien und Unterlagen für interne sowie externe Präsentationen gegenüber unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
  • Mitwirken beim Aufbau und bei der fortlaufenden Aktualisierung von Reporting-Strukturen
  • Übernahme und eigenständige Bearbeitung projektbezogener Sonderaufgaben entsprechend dem aktuellen Bedarf des Bereichs
  • Unterstützung des Strategieprozesses, insbesondere bei der Ausarbeitung und Weiterentwicklung strategischer Initiativen

Wir würden dich gerne kennenlernen, wenn du

  • eingeschriebene/-r Student/-in (m/w/d) im wirtschaftlichen Bereich bzw. der Wirtschaftswissenschaft mit gültiger Immatrikulationsbescheinigung während des gesamten Tätigkeitszeitraums bist,
  • Freude an analytischem Arbeiten, Recherchen und der Aufbereitung komplexer Inhalte für Präsentationen hast,
  • sicher mit MS Office, insbesondere PowerPoint und Excel, arbeitest, idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit Power BI oder vergleichbaren Tools hast und ein gutes Gespür für strukturierte Darstellungen mitbringst,
  • strukturiert, zuverlässig und eigenständig arbeitest sowie Lust hast, dich aktiv in ein dynamisches Team einzubringen.
