The posting

Greet customers and provide expert advice, product information, and recommendations to help them find the right HVAC/R products and supplies for their needs. Accurately process customer orders, ensuring all requested items are available, properly priced, and invoiced correctly. Maintain a deep understanding of HVAC/R product inventory, including specifications, compatibility, and pricing. Monitor and replenish floor stock, conduct regular inventory counts, and report discrepancies to the Branch Manager. Assist customers in troubleshooting and finding solutions to technical issues related to HVAC/R equipment and components.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the HVAC/R industry or a related field. Strong knowledge of HVAC/R products, equipment, and components. Excellent customer service skills, including active listening and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
