Dit bedrijf uit de regio Zonhoven bestaat al bijna 50 jaar en realiseert uiteenlopende bouwprojecten door heel België. Groot genoeg voor complexe opdrachten, maar met de korte lijnen die je bij een familiale organisatie verwacht.

Als Aankoper Bouw zit je mee aan tafel van bij de voorbereiding tot de uitvoering. Je verbindt projectleiding, leveranciers en onderaannemers, bewaakt de marges en helpt de aankoopafdeling verder te professionaliseren. Een rol met gewicht, bij een bedrijf dat er al lang staat.

Jobomschrijving

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruitzien?

  • Aankoop van materialen, onderaannemingen en uitrustingen voor diverse bouwprojecten.
  • Plannen, lastenboeken en meetstaten analyseren en vertalen naar gerichte offerteaanvragen.
  • Offertes vergelijken en onderhandelen met leveranciers en onderaannemers over prijs, kwaliteit, levertermijnen en contractvoorwaarden.
  • Nauw samenwerken met projectleiders en hen ondersteunen bij de juiste aankoopbeslissingen.
  • Duurzame relaties uitbouwen met leveranciers en onderaannemers, met een actieve opvolging van de markt

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een sterke bouwtechnische bagage, opgebouwd via opleiding en/of relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen algemene bouwprojecten, bijvoorbeeld als aankoper, projectleider, werkvoorbereider of in een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Je combineert technisch inzicht met commerciële feeling en onderhandelingsvaardigheden.
