Job Description

We are seeking a competent and experienced ATTC Trainer to conduct training programmes for CoreTrade and Hydraulic Excavator Operation (as a Lifting Machine).

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry.
  • Possess a valid BCA SEC(K) Certificate.
  • Hold a WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) or an equivalent qualification.
  • Possess a WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA).
  • Be willing to attend and successfully complete the Train-the-Trainer Programme conducted by the Building and Construction Authority (BCA).
  • Have good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver both theoretical and practical training effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct training and assessment for CoreTrade programmes.
  • Conduct training on Hydraulic Excavator Operation (as a Lifting Machine).
  • Deliver classroom and practical training in accordance with approved training materials and requirements.
  • Guide trainees in developing the necessary knowledge, skills and competencies.
  • Maintain proper training records, attendance and assessment documentation.
  • Ensure training activities comply with relevant BCA requirements and workplace safety standards.
