Responsibilities:

  • Develop Quality & Operation strategies and yearly plan, including building quality management systems from the ground up for emerging business ecosystems (e.g., developer ecosystem and platform business).
  • Ensure the research center's excellent operation, high efficiency, and compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Responsible for the research center's process building and promotion of process maturity, including end-to-end quality assurance for multi-department cross-team project groups and value streams.
  • Responsible for R&D Facilities and Environmental management, as well as developer platform management covering developer toolchains, technical platforms, and ecosystem experience and innovation.

Requirements:

  • An expert in business strategy and project management, with proven experience in quality representative roles at multiple organizational levels
  • Have extensive experience in Quality and Operation management of R&D departments, including quality management system construction, quality capability building, quality culture cultivation, and quality KPI management.
  • Minimum 8 years team management and quality representative experience, with demonstrated leadership in driving large-scale product quality assurance
  • An effective communicator, able to provide excellent leadership and motivation for the team; recognized with quality-related awards
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related fields.
