IT and Admin Specialist

Vienna, Austria

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Daily IT support and office IT equipment check and maintenance
  • Installation of laptops
  • Support with assets management
  • Troubleshoot of user’s problems
  • Support for internal meeting system and meeting support
  • Check and report office IT requirements, ensure daily operation of equipment runs smoothly
  • ACS management (card entry system management)
  • Work on IT office projects

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor Degree is required, IT related major
  • Basic knowledge of HW, LAN, WAN, WWAN principles to solve problems
  • Skill to quickly analyze and solve IT problems by your own
  • Hands-on mentality, eager to learn and develop yourself continuously
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Able to work full-time and can work under pressure
  • Love to work in a diversified and cross culture organization
  • Business fluent in English and German
