Instandhaltungstechniker Elektrotechnik (100 %) ===============================================

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Durchführung von Wartungs\-, Instandhaltungs\- und Reparaturarbeiten an elektrischen und automatisierten Produktionsanlagen
  • Analyse und Behebung von Störungen an Maschinen, Anlagen und Steuerungssystemen
  • Unterstützung bei der elektrischen Fehlersuche und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsbetriebs
  • Überprüfung, Anpassung und Korrektur von Elektroschemas und Schaltplänen, idealerweise mit EPLAN
  • Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung bestehender Produktionsanlagen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheits\- und Qualitätsstandards

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik oder vergleichbar (z. B. Industrieelektriker, Elektroniker für Betriebstechnik)
  • Erfahrung in der Instandhaltung automatisierter Produktionsanlagen, insbesondere mit Robotern und SPS\-gesteuerten Maschinen
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Lesen und Verstehen von Schaltplänen und technischen Zeichnungen
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SPS\-Systemen, idealerweise Siemens S7
  • Erfahrung mit EPLAN zur Bearbeitung von Elektroschemas von Vorteil
  • Grundkenntnisse in Pneumatik, idealerweise auch in Hydraulik
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke sowie ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit bei technischen Störungen und ungeplanten Einsätzen
  • Hohes Qualitäts\- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein
