Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  • Durchführung von Mess\- und Prüfaufträgen gemäss Kundenanforderungen, Spezifikationen und Terminvorgaben
  • Planung und Vorbereitung von Messungen inkl. Auswahl und Bereitstellung geeigneter Mess\- und Prüfmittel
  • Kalibrierung, Kontrolle und fachgerechte Bedienung von Messsystemen
  • Auswertung, Interpretation und Dokumentation der Messergebnisse sowie Erstellung von Prüfberichten
  • Sicherstellen einer korrekten SAP\-Rückmeldung (Buchungen von Produktionsaufträgen)
  • Analyse von Messabweichungen sowie Mitwirkung bei der Bearbeitung von Fehler\- und Reklamationsfällen
  • Mitarbeit in der Verbinder\- und Cable Assembly sowie produktionsnahe Unterstützung
  • Schulung von internen sowie temporären Mitarbeitenden
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei kontinuierlichen Verbesserungen (KVP) sowie Umsetzung von \-Prinzipien (5S, MUDA)

Ihr Profil

  • Technische Grundausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Elektronik, Messtechnik oder Produktion
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Montage\- und/oder Messtechnik, vorzugsweise in einem produktionsnahen Umfeld
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Messmitteln
  • Gute Fähigkeiten im Lesen und Interpretieren technischer Zeichnungen
  • Kenntnisse im \-Management und deren praktische Anwendung von Vorteil
  • Hohes technisches Verständnis und präziser Arbeitsstil
  • Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein und wirtschaftliche Denkweise
  • Teamorientierte, kommunikative und belastbare Persönlichkeit mit hoher Sozialkompetenz
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft, Wissen aktiv zu teilen und Verantwortung im Team zu übernehmen
  • Gute IT\-Kenntnisse; SAP\-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse sind ein Plus
  • Flexibilität sowie Bereitschaft zu Mehr\- und Schichtarbeit
