Im Zentrum dieser Funktion steht die finanzielle Transparenz an der Schnittstelle von Innovation und Produktion. Mit fundierten Analysen unterstützt der Produktionscontroller Produktion, Engineering sowie Forschung & Entwicklung bei finanziellen Entscheidungen und der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung.

  • Beratung der Führungsteams in Produktion, Engineering und Forschung & Entwicklung bei finanziellen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen
  • Analyse von Produktionsleistung, Produktivität, Effizienz und Kostenstrukturen sowie Ableitung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen

* Steuerung und Analyse von Kosten, Beständen und Produktionsabweichungen sowie Begleitung von Verbesserungsmassnahmen

* Verantwortung für Budgetierung, Forecasting, Reporting und Investitionsrechnungen in Produktion und Entwicklung

* Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Management-Reports, Kennzahlen und Dashboards zur transparenten Darstellung von Performance, Chancen und Risiken

Ihr Profil ####

* Betriebswirtschaftliche oder technische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung in Betriebswirtschaft oder Controlling (Uni/FH oder vergleichbar)

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling eines international tätigen Industrieunternehmens oder in der Wirtschaftsprüfung mit Fokus auf Industrieunternehmen

* Gutes Verständnis von Produktkalkulation, Produktionsprozessen und Investitionsrechnungen sowie Erfahrung in Budgetierung, Forecasting und Reporting

* Hohe IT-Affinität und fundierte Kenntnisse, idealerweise in SAP S/4, Power BI und MS Office

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

* Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Finanzinformationen verständlich aufzubereiten und unterschiedliche Anspruchsgruppen kompetent zu beraten
