Profil kandidáta & Požadavky: Senior sales representative Hledáme zkušeného Seniorního obchodního zástupce, který bude hrát klíčovou roli v rozšiřování působnosti společnosti Hubexo na českém a slovenském trhu. Ideální kandidát přinese silné obchodní zkušenosti, prokazatelné výsledky v prodeji a schopnost reprezentovat společnost profesionálně a důvěryhodně na nejvyšší úrovni jednání se zákazníky. Hlavní požadavky:

Minimálně 2 let prokazatelné praxe v oblasti B2B prodeje, včetně telefonického, online a zejména osobního prodeje a jednání. Český nebo slovenský jazyk na úrovni: Rodilý mluvčí Prokázaná schopnost dosahovat kumulativních měsíčních a kvartálních cílů. Nezáleží na konkrétním oboru – důležitá je prokazatelná schopnost uzavírat obchody a budovat dlouhodobé vztahy se zákazníky. Reprezentativní a profesionální vystupování, které zajistí důstojnou a důvěryhodnou reprezentaci společnosti Hubexo při všech jednáních. Strategické myšlení se schopností rozvíjet a implementovat nové akviziční strategie, zejména se zaměřením na velké podniky a lídry trhu. Silné komunikační a vyjednávací dovednosti, schopnost ovlivňovat rozhodovací procesy na vyšších manažerských úrovních.

Hlavní náplň práce:

Aktivní vyhledávání nových obchodních příležitostí v ČR a SR. Zajištění, navolání a vedení osobních a online obchodních schůzek po celé České republice a Slovensku s cílem uzavření obchodní smlouvy. Budování a rozvíjení dlouhodobých vztahů s klíčovými zákazníky a partnery. Prezentace a důstojná reprezentace společnosti Hubexo na jednáních, konferencích a obchodních fórech.

  Pracovní pomůcky:

Notebook, mobilní telefon, sluchátka. Používání služebního automobilu.

  Benefity:

  Měsíční finanční odměna:

Základ (fix): 35.000 CZK Variabilní složka: 10.000 CZK Provize: procentuálním podílem z přineseného objemu smluv ( 25.000 CZK až 45.000 CZK)
