Als Junior Accountant (all genders) bei Hubject bist du ein wichtiger Teil unseres Finance-Teams in Berlin und verantwortest mit der Kreditoren- und Anlagenbuchhaltung zentrale Bereiche unseres Rechnungswesens. Hubject ist ein Joint Venture führender Automobil-, Energie- und Technologieunternehmen und verbindet mit seiner eRoaming-Plattform intercharge Ladepunktbetreiber und Mobilitätsanbieter weltweit, damit Laden von Elektrofahrzeugen einfach und grenzenlos wird. In einem internationalen Umfeld trägst du mit sorgfältiger Arbeit dazu bei, dass unsere Zahlen stimmen, von der laufenden Buchhaltung bis zu den Abschlüssen nach HGB.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung der Kreditorenbuchhaltung (Rechnungsprüfung, Kontierung, Verbuchung und Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs)
  • Betreuung der Anlagenbuchhaltung inkl. Erfassung, Bewertung und Abschreibung des Anlagevermögens
  • Prüfung, Kontierung und Verbuchung der Reisekosten- und Kreditkartenabrechnungen
  • Kontierung und Verbuchung laufender Geschäftsvorfälle nach HGB
  • Abstimmung und Pflege der Konten sowie Klärung offener Posten
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB (IFRS-Kenntnisse von Vorteil)
  • Unterstützung in der Debitorenbuchhaltung als Urlaubs- und Krankheitsvertretung
  • Erstellung der Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen und Unterstützung bei steuerlichen Themen
  • Mitarbeit bei Jahresabschluss-, Betriebs- und Steuerprüfungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Dokumentation und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Buchhaltungsprozesse

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, insbesondere in der Kreditoren- und Anlagenbuchhaltung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Rechnungslegung nach HGB; IFRS-Kenntnisse sind ein Plus
  • Sicherer Umgang mit einem gängigen Buchhaltungs-/ERP-System (z. B. DATEV, SAP o. Ä.) sowie mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamgeist sowie eine pragmatische, lösungsorientierte Denkweise

Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch (Firmensprache)
