Votre mission

Au sein de la Business Line Réseaux et Communication d'Entreprise (RCE), vous piloterez un portefeuille d'offres Réseaux et Cybersécurité.

Vous contribuez au développement et à la performance d'offres stratégiques telles que le LAN, le SD-WAN, la sécurité périmétrique, les solutions SSE/SASE ainsi que les services managés associés.

En collaboration avec les équipes commerciales, avant-vente, ingénierie, exploitation, marketing, achats, partenaires technologiques et cybersécurité, vous intervenez sur l'ensemble du cycle de vie des offres : stratégie, conception, lancement et optimisation de la performance.

Vos principales responsabilités

  • Définir la stratégie et la roadmap des offres Réseaux et Sécurité.
  • Réaliser une veille technologique, concurrentielle et marché.
  • Construire les business cases et piloter la rentabilité du portefeuille.
  • Concevoir, lancer et faire évoluer les offres.
  • Coordonner les projets de développement avec les équipes internes.
  • Définir et mettre en œuvre les plans de lancement (Go-to-Market).
  • Accompagner les équipes commerciales et avant-vente.
  • Produire les supports d'aide à la vente et contribuer aux appels d'offres stratégiques.
  • Suivre les indicateurs de performance et piloter les plans d'amélioration continue.

Profil recherché

  • Formation supérieure de niveau Bac +5 (école d'ingénieur, école de commerce ou université).
  • Expérience d'au moins 5 ans en gestion d'offres, marketing produit ou product management dans les télécoms, les réseaux ou la cybersécurité.
  • Expérience confirmée du lancement et de la gestion d'offres B2B.
  • Bonne connaissance des services managés.

  • Cybersécurité : Firewall, SSE, SASE, ZTNA, SOC, XDR.
  • Analyse de marché et business planning.
  • Gestion de projet transverse.

  • Anglais professionnel.
