We are hiring an experienced Restaurant General Manager for a reputed restaurant group in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service, and quality standards.
  • Experience in staff training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and preparation of operational and sales reports.
  • Good knowledge of food costing, inventory control, budgeting, and cost management.
  • Ability to manage daily operations, control expenses, and achieve business targets.
  • Professional, well-groomed, and presentable personality.
  • Salary: QAR 8,000–10,000 total package, depending on experience and interview performance
  • Benefits: One annual air ticket

Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management

Minimum 7-10 years of experience in restaurant operations, with at least 2 years of current experience as a Restaurant General Manager.
