The posting

PURPOSE

• GAS Field Service Division requires Rotating Equipment’s Service Manager to handle all the execution of Field services Rotating Equipment LSTK projects. Solid experience in Rotating Equipment’s like various types of Pumps, Compressors, Steam and Gas Turbines, Gear Boxes, Conveyors, Fin Fans, Extruders and Alignment Techniques.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain safety awareness, insist on compliance with safety rules, and remotes/encourages the company Safety processes

• Supervise coordinates and manages the execution of Rotating Equipment’s LSTK projects

• Provide coordination and supervision of outside contractors or consultants used to carry out project assignments

• Supervise and coordinate major project installations and major equipment repairs during outages or turnarounds

• Analyse process equipment problems and/or failures and recommends corrective actions

• Complete project/MOC assignments

• Provide engineering for corrective action, obtain necessary approvals when required, issue written reports, and follow up to ensure proper completion

• Maintains and provides timely reports on accurate time logs, maintenance engineering projects updates, and significant activities including training, technical support, and process/project support

• Maintenance and updating of plant technical and engineering specifications

• Develop major overhaul scopes for plant equipment based on anticipated repairs, known problems, machinery performance and available downtime

• Develop machinery overhaul procedures to ensure the most efficient methods are used

• Develop and provide necessary technical input for the establishment of effective preventive maintenance programs and/or technical procedures

• Support maintenance and/or projects group on an emergency basis which can potentially be on nights and/or weekends

• Check and correct all variables that would delay the job, affect the equipment or plant's reliability/efficiency, carefully document all significant data, follow up and correct any item requiring modification or improvement, issue timely documenting reports after completion of assignment

• Provide both formal and informal training to maintenance and operations personnel as needed to support the efficient and appropriate operation and maintenance of plant equipment

• Provide mechanical equipment engineering, design, inspection, and evaluation for existing and new equipment

• Develop long term planning and strategy for effecting optimum reliability and serviceability of the rotating and mechanical equipment in the operating plants

Minimum Competence Requirement

• Degree in Mechanical or others from recognized institute.

• 15 - 20 years of field experience Service Manager in oil refineries, petrochemicals, or power generation plants.

• Minimum 5-7 years in execution experience in KSA. (SABIC & ARAMCO)

• Should be well versed with all the operational procedures of SABIC & ARAMCO. Salary: Basic SAR 10000-12000+Accommodation+Vehicle
