The posting

As the Asset Management Tech Lead at Blooper Biotech, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's data-driven decision-making and asset optimization strategies. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of advanced asset management systems and processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive asset management strategies to ensure the efficient and effective utilization of Blooper's physical and digital assets
  • Leveraging data analytics and predictive modeling to optimize asset performance, minimize downtime, and reduce maintenance costs
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate asset management systems with other enterprise-wide technologies and processes
  • Providing technical leadership and mentorship to the asset management team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
  • Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in asset management, and driving the adoption of new solutions within the organization
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and internal policies related to asset management

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in asset management, data analysis, and project management, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. A degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field is preferred, along with a proven track record of delivering successful asset management initiatives in a complex, fast-paced environment.

Job Description

• Strong technical skills in asset management, including portfolio management, risk analysis, and performance reporting

• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis using tools like Excel, SQL, and Python

• Experience in leading and managing a team of asset management professionals

• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and address complex financial challenges

• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey financial information to stakeholders

• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry best practices in asset management

• Ability to stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments to inform investment strategies

• Project management skills to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and deliver results on time

• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
