As a Talent Assessment Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying and assessing top talent for business-critical and specialist positions. Working closely with recruiters and hiring managers, you will conduct high-quality phone screenings, evaluate candidate suitability, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the early stages of the hiring process.

You'll leverage your expertise in talent assessment to provide insights and recommendations, helping stakeholders make informed hiring decisions while ensuring a strong and consistent selection process.

What you will do:

  • Conduct candidate assessments, including resume reviews and phone screenings, to identify top talent for business-critical and specialist roles.
  • Assess candidate capabilities, experience, and cultural fit, providing detailed recommendations to hiring teams.
  • Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment technologies to support efficient and effective hiring processes.
  • Foster a positive candidate experience through professional and engaging interactions.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure high-quality hiring outcomes.
  • Share talent market insights and candidate trends to inform recruitment strategies and decision-making.

You'll be someone who can bring:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, candidate assessment, or recruitment operations, gained within an RPO, in-house talent acquisition team, or recruitment agency environment.
  • Strong experience conducting candidate screenings and interviews, with the ability to evaluate skills, experience, and role suitability effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging candidates and building credibility with recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Experience partnering with stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-volume, or complex hiring environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to make sound judgment when assessing candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
  • Experience recruiting or screening candidates within industries such as Technology, Healthcare, Financial Services, Risk, Banking, or Pharmaceuticals is highly regarded.
  • Exposure to regional or international recruitment environments across APAC, EMEA, or North America is an advantage.
  • A customer-focused mindset and passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
