Das Angebot reicht von standardisierten Lösungen bis zu individuell auf die Kundenbedürfnisse abgestimmten Verpackungssystemen und Verbrauchsmaterialien. Sicherheit, Ergonomie und höchste Qualitätsstandards stehen dabei im Mittelpunkt.

Zur Verstärkung des \-Teams suchen wir eine unternehmerisch denkende und verkaufsstarke Persönlichkeit als

Gebietsverkaufsleiter / Verkaufsberater Aussendienst (m/w/d) – Verpackungssysteme, Region Ostschweiz**Deine Aufgaben

  • Verkaufen von individuellen und standardisierten Verpackungssystemen sowie Verbrauchsmaterialien
  • Akquirieren von Neukunden und spannenden Projekten in der Ostschweiz
  • Betreuen und gezieltes Weiterentwickeln bestehender Kunden
  • Erkennen von Kundenbedürfnissen und Erarbeiten passender Lösungen
  • Erstellen von kundenspezifischen Angeboten inklusive Kalkulation
  • Führen von Verkaufs\- und Preisverhandlungen bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss
  • Selbstständiges Planen und Steuern deiner Verkaufsaktivitäten im Aussendienst
  • Analysieren des Marktes sowie Beobachten relevanter Branchenentwicklungen

Dein Profil

  • Technische oder kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit gutem technischem Verständnis
  • Weiterbildung im Bereich Verkauf oder Marketing von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im B2B\-Verkauf und Aussendienst, idealerweise im industriellen Umfeld, in der Produktion oder Logistik
  • Ausgeprägte Verkaufs\- und Kundenorientierung
  • Überzeugendes Auftreten sowie Verhandlungs\- und Abschlussstärke
  • Freude an der Akquisition und am Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
  • Muttersprache Deutsch sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Selbstständige, engagierte und unternehmerische Arbeitsweise
