About Technology.

Technology at Huge is powered by a global practice of creative technologists—spanning Engineers, QA specialists, Business Analysts, Data Scientists, and ML Architects—we look beyond standard patterns to build resilient, enterprise-grade systems. We combine deep engineering rigor with innovation at the edge of agentic AI, modern data stacks, and cloud infrastructure. We don't wait for industry standards to set themselves; we engineer the intelligent systems that turn audacious strategic vision into production-ready reality.

The role.

Huge is looking for a Senior QA specialist who excels in mobile app ecosystems and web platforms. In this role, you aren’t just a tester; you are a quality strategist. You will be responsible for defining test strategy, debugging React applications from a testing perspective, and verifying physical iOS/Android devices and web applications. You will partner closely with engineering and product teams, leverage AI productivity tools (such as Claude Code), exchange technical communications directly with clients, and manage bugs end-to-end to ensure enterprise products are robust, performant, and secure.

What you'll be doing.

  • Mobile & Website Testing: Lead manual and web/mobile testing efforts across physical iOS and Android hardware as well as relevant website experiences, ensuring functionality, responsiveness, and performance.
  • React Application Debugging: Analyze and debug React and React Native frontend applications from a testing perspective (inspecting components, state, network traffic, and logs) to help developers quickly pinpoint and resolve root causes without needing to write production application code.
  • Defect Lifecycle & Management: Drive end-to-end bug reporting—providing clear, detailed, and actionable context (logs, device specs, repro steps)—and managing issues seamlessly from intake through to resolution.
  • Client Technical Communication: Engage directly in client-facing interactions and technical discussions, clearly conveying testing progress, accurate status updates, and risk assessments in meetings.
  • Service Layer & API Validation: Rigorously test BFF and API service layers using tools like Postman to ensure data integrity and performance between front-end interfaces and backend platforms.
  • Automation & CI/CD Integration: Apply working familiarity with mobile test automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Appium) and build/deployment pipelines (CI/CD) to support team quality goals.
  • AI-Assisted Efficiency: Utilize AI tools (such as Claude Code or similar assistants) to streamline test case generation, debug analysis, and QA workflows.

What we'd like to see.

  • 5+ years of experience in QA Mobile App testing, with proven hands-on expertise in physical iOS and Android device validation alongside relevant website testing.
  • Strong ability to debug React applications from a testing aspect (inspecting logs, console errors, React developer tools, and network calls) to provide rich debugging information to developers.
  • Strong defect reporting and bug lifecycle management skills, with a track record of owning issues from initial discovery to final verification and closure.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients, articulating technical details accurately and representing quality strategy confidently in project meetings.
  • Familiarity with mobile test automation frameworks (Playwright + Appium or similar) and integration with standard CI/CD pipelines.
  • Exposure to using AI developer/testing tools (such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar assistants) to optimize QA processes.
  • Deep knowledge of mobile ecosystem nuances, including push notifications, deep linking, and build distribution tools (TestFlight, AppTester).
  • Nice to have (Performance & Security): Skilled in hardware performance profiling to ensure products are fast, safe, and efficient on real user devices.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
