Ihre Aufgaben

  • Allgemeine Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung in den verschiedenen Bereichen des Tagesgeschäfts
  • Beratung und Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung bei der Erarbeitung und Umsetzung der Unternehmensstrategie
  • Beteiligung an und Steuerung von zentralen Unternehmensprojekten
  • Bewältigung von Ad-hoc-Anfragen sowie zeitkritischen Sonderaufgaben und Projekten
  • Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen
  • Erstellung von aussagekräftigen Präsentationen, Konzepten und Entscheidungsvorlagen
  • Vorbereitung von Kundenterminen und Messen
  • Vorbereitung von ausführlichen Reportings für Stakeholder und Gesellschafter
  • Analyse und Aufbereitung aktueller Themen bei HUM Systems sowie Ableitung möglicher Strategie- und Handlungsoptionen

Ihr Profil

  • Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Volkswirtschaft oder Jura setzen wir voraus
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Funktion (z.B. als Consultant, Projectlead, Produktmanager, Sales etc.)
  • Kenntnisse in der Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Strategieprozessen und Konzepten
  • Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten, Lösungsorientierung und Hands-on-Mentalität auch in zeitkritischen Situationen
  • Ein agiles Mindset, positives Auftreten, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und eine hohe Motivation, mit den Teams gemeinsam Themen voranzutreiben
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Notes) sowie hohes Kompetenzniveau im Bereich PowerPoint
  • Hohes Maß an Selbst- und Zeitmanagement bei flexibler Zeiteinteilung mit einem hohen Grad an Zuverlässigkeit ggf. auch außerhalb der üblichen Kernarbeitszeiten
  • Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit sich zeitnah in neue Themengebiete einzuarbeiten
  • Sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeit (deutsch und englisch in Wort und Schrift) sowie die sichere Nutzung verschiedener Kommunikationskanäle
  • Integrität, Loyalität und absolute Diskretion im Umgang mit sensiblen Informationen
