Hos Humac søger vi en studentermedhjælper til vores regnskabsafdeling, hvor du får mulighed for at arbejde med regnskabsopgaver, der har betydning for både vores månedsluk og likviditet.

Om os

Humac Denmark ApS sælger computere og telefoner fra 8 butikker samt vores hovedkontor. Du bliver en del af en regnskabsafdeling på fire personer, som varetager alt fra den daglige bogføring til månedsluk og rapportering.

Dine opgaver

Du får en varieret hverdag med både debitoropgaver og mere generelle regnskabsopgaver.

Debitor

  • Opfølgning på debitorer
  • Bogføring af indbetalinger
  • Håndtering af kassedifferencer fra butikkerne og kortindsigelser fra Nets
  • Vedligeholdelse af forudbetalinger, herunder udligninger og omposteringer

Allround regnskabsopgaver

  • Besvare eller videresende mails i vores fælles postkasser
  • Afstemning af forskellige konti i forbindelse med månedsluk
  • Ad hoc-opgaver inden for regnskab og økonomi

Vi forventer, at du

  • Læser en økonomisk uddannelse, fx HA, cand.merc., finansøkonom eller lignende
  • Er omhyggelig og har sans for detaljer
  • Kan lide, at tallene stemmer
  • Er tryg ved at kontakte kunder eller butikker for at afklare spørgsmål
  • Har erfaring med Excel
  • Tager ansvar for dine opgaver og følger dem til dørs
