Като агенция за подбор, ние в HUMAN POWER BG работим с някои от най-добрите и най-големи международни компании в бранша.

За наш партньор, водеща международна компания в производството на стъклени изделия, търсим да назначим НАЧАЛНИК СМЯНА за производствената им база в София.

ОСНОВНИ ОТГОВОРНОСТИ:

  • Следи целия работен процес и поддръжката на машините и съоръженията;
  • Следи за качеството на работа на поверения му екип
  • Дефинира приоритетите за изпълнението на производствения план;
  • Следи за спазването и прилагането на политиката по качество и на правилата за хигиена и безопасност;

ИЗИСКВАНИЯ:

  • Диплома за завършено висше образование с профил електротехника/ автоматизация/ електроника;
  • Опит на подобна позиция;
  • Свободно владеене на английски език;
  • Готовност за работа в производствената сфера и на смени.

ЛИЧНОСТНИ КАЧЕСТВА:

  • Отлични комуникативни способности;
  • Адаптивност в кризисни ситуации и умение за разрешаването им;
  • Умения за работа в/ ръководене на екип;
  • Внимание към детайлите, oтговорност и организираност;
  • Инициативност, с желание и положителен заряд за работа;
  • Стриктност при изпълнение на поставени задачи;
  • Нагласа за непрекъснато усвояване на нови знания и умения;
