Om tjänsten och kunden: Kunden bor i egen lägenhet. Hon drabbades för 16 år sedan av ett hjärtstopp som orsakade skador på hjärnan. Hon har ett rörelsehinder och är rullstolsburen. Hjärnskadan har också medfört svårigheter med minne, initiativtagande och planering. Även dysartri (dvs otydligt uttal.) Hon brukar få höra att hon trots sin svåra skada utstrålar en stor positiv kraft. Hon behöver träna för att behålla styrka och rörlighet. Något hon gärna gör bara hon får hjälp att komma igång och komma sig för. Hennes vardagar består av en del rehabilitering på olika sätt, både i hemmet och utanför hemmet. Annars gillar hon att se på filmer hemma och på bio, läsa, måla, och umgås med familjen. Hon tycker också om olika utflykter och resor. Det är kundens individuella behov som styr arbetsdagen och arbetet kan till exempel vara hjälp vid förflyttning, personlig omvårdnad, skötsel av hemmet samt matlagning. Men också att stötta henne med hennes träning, och att hon kommer iväg på olika aktiviteter och besök utanför hemmet. Dvs kompensera för hennes brist behov av hjälp med i initiativförmågan. Vem söker vi? Viktiga egenskaper hos dig som assistent är att du ska vara pålitlig, ha initiativförmåga, vara flexibel och lyhörd. Vi ser gärna att du har humor, är mogen och har livserfarenhet. För tjänsten krävs det att du:

är rökfri under arbetstid

har goda kunskaper i svenska

har erfarenhet av liknande arbete

Arbetstid, tjänstgöringsgrad och lön: Aktuell anställningsform är "timanställning" vilket innebär arbete vid behov med varierande arbetstider under dag, kväll och/eller natt. På natten är det jour mellan 23.00-07.00. Vi söker just nu 2 assistenter som kan arbeta som timanställda, men på sikt kan arbeta på fast schemarad. Det är önskvärt att du som söker letar efter något att satsa på för längre tid. Jobbet passar bra att kombinera med studier eller annat deltidsjobb. Assistansen innefattar så kallad väntetid (tidigare kallad sovande jour) Fast timlön enligt överenskommelse och övriga ersättningar sker enligt kollektivavtal. Tillträde enligt överenskommelse.
