I rollen kommer du tillsammans med oss att arbeta efter vår vision – Alla har rätt till ett bra liv. Om oss Klinta behandlingshem har 20 platser för män och kvinnor, ålder 18 och uppåt. Målgruppen hos oss är individer med samsjuklighet, där någon form av neuropsykiatrisk funktionsvariation, psykisk ohälsa kan vara i kombination med missbruk. Vi behöver fler viktiga medarbetare som kan hoppa in som timvikarier nu. Arbetsuppgifterna består av stöd och hjälp i klienternas vardag. Klienterna har ett individuellt schema med planerade behandlingar och aktiviteter. Arbetsuppgifter som körning till och från aktiviteter, pedagogiska måltider, finnas till för socialt samspel med våra klienter, MI-samtal, dokumentation och delegering för överlämning av läkemedel, all skötsel av utrymmen som kök och allrum ska all personal ta hand om. Om rollen Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter inkluderar:

Omvårdnad i form av direkt behandlingsarbete

Nätverkskontakter, kontakt med uppdragsgivare

Dokumentation och delegerade läkemedelsuppgifter

Finnas ute i verksamheten med klienterna

Arbetet sker under dagtid, kväll, natt och helg. Lön sker enligt överenskommelse och övriga ersättningar sker enligt kollektivavtal. Tillträde sker enligt överenskommelse. Vem är du? Som person är du ansvarstagande, relationsskapande, flexibel och trygg. I rollen är det viktigt att du visar stor empati samtidigt som du har förmågan att agera lågaffektivt i ditt bemötande. Arbetet innebär ett nära och förtroendefullt samarbete med dina kollegor och du har därför god kommunikations- och samarbetsförmåga. Vi lägger stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet. Inför anställning lämnas utdrag ur misstanke- och belastningsregistret. För att söka tjänsten krävs det att du:

Är utbildad socialpedagog, socionom, behandlingspedagog eller har annan avslutad eftergymnasial utbildning som arbetsgivaren bedömer likvärdig

Har erfarenhet av behandlingsarbete

Har goda kunskaper i svenska i tal och skrift

Har god systemvana då dokumentation förekommer i hög omfattning

Har B-körkort
