## Job Summary As a Software Development Engineer (SDE), you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will play a key role in building scalable products and driving innovation within the organization. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to launch or advance their careers in software engineering, with direct involvement in impactful projects from day one.

## Responsibilities - Design, develop, and implement software applications and features in alignment with business requirements. - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices. - Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal application performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes and methodologies. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate them into existing systems where applicable.

## Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). - Strong understanding of programming fundamentals and computer science concepts such as data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design. - Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks. - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; no prior professional experience required.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js). - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Exposure to databases (SQL/NoSQL) and API integrations. - Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git). - Internship or project experience in software development.

## Experience - Minimum Experience: 0 years (open to fresh graduates and entry-level candidates). - Any relevant internships, academic projects, or open-source contributions will be considered a plus.

## Salary - ₹15,00,000 – ₹30,00,000 per annum
