## Job Summary We are seeking an AI Prompt Engineer with a passion for voice AI technologies. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing AI prompts to enhance the capabilities of our voice AI systems, thereby contributing to the overall objectives and innovation of our organization.

## Responsibilities - Develop, test, and refine AI prompts to improve the interaction quality of voice AI applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement cutting-edge AI technologies. - Analyze user feedback and performance metrics to iterate on prompt design and effectiveness. - Conduct research on emerging trends and advancements in voice AI to stay ahead in the industry. - Work closely with developers and UX designers to ensure seamless integration of prompts into existing systems.

## Qualifications - Minimum 2+ years of experience in prompt engineering, specifically within voice AI startups. - Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and conversational AI. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and familiarity with AI frameworks. - Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking. - Strong communication and teamwork abilities. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with machine learning models and AI training techniques. - Familiarity with voice UX design principles. - Knowledge of cloud platforms and deployment processes.

## Experience - At least 2 years of relevant experience specifically in prompt engineering in the voice AI sector.
