## Job Summary The Backend Guy will be responsible for developing and maintaining server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. This role is crucial for building the infrastructure that supports the organization's applications and services.

## Responsibilities - Develop and maintain robust and scalable backend services. - Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. - Design and implement database schemas and optimize database queries. - Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance. - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance skills and improve backend processes.

## Qualifications - Strong understanding of server-side programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Ruby, Node.js). - Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). - Basic knowledge of APIs and RESTful services. - Understanding of version control systems, specifically Git. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment. - Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus. - Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). - Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
