Buscamos un Asesor Fiscal responsable de planificar, dirigir y supervisar la estrategia fiscal de la empresa, garantizando el cumplimiento oportuno de las obligaciones tributarias de acuerdo con la legislación vigente. La posición tendrá un rol clave en la identificación y mitigación de riesgos fiscales, la optimización de la carga tributaria dentro del marco legal y el asesoramiento a la alta dirección en temas fiscales relacionados con proyectos, inversiones y nuevas operaciones.

Será responsable de coordinar auditorías fiscales, atender requerimientos de las autoridades tributarias, supervisar la presentación de declaraciones de impuestos y mantener actualizada a la organización sobre cambios en la normativa fiscal. Además, trabajará de manera cercana con las áreas de Contabilidad, Finanzas, Auditoría y Legal para asegurar una gestión fiscal eficiente y alineada con los objetivos del negocio.

Requisitos

Buscamos un profesional con visión estratégica y sólida experiencia en materia fiscal, capaz de aportar valor al negocio mediante una gestión tributaria eficiente y alineada con la normativa vigente.

  • Licenciatura en Contabilidad, Finanzas, Economía o carreras afines..
  • Experiencia comprobada liderando procesos de planificación fiscal, cumplimiento tributario y atención de auditorías fiscales.
  • Sólido conocimiento de la legislación tributaria panameña y capacidad para interpretar y aplicar cambios normativos de manera efectiva.
  • Experiencia en la identificación, evaluación y mitigación de riesgos fiscales, así como en la optimización de estrategias tributarias dentro del marco legal.
  • Capacidad para brindar asesoría estratégica a la alta dirección en temas fiscales relacionados con proyectos, inversiones y nuevas iniciativas de negocio.
  • Dominio de herramientas tecnológicas como Microsoft Office; conocimientos de SAP y Power BI serán considerados un valor agregado.
  • Habilidades analíticas, pensamiento estratégico, orientación a resultados y capacidad para comunicar información compleja de manera clara y ejecutiva.
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en posiciones relacionadas con gestión fiscal y tributaria.
