Für meinen Kunden, einen Finanz\-Dienstleister im Bereich Geldanlage, Pensionierung, Hypotheken, Steuern und Versicherungen, suchen wir eine Persönlichkeit mit Seniorität und Erfahrung im Mandatspayrolling. Sie bauen die Abteilung weiter aus und sind auch im operativen Geschäft aktiv und mit Begeisterung. Sie pflegen und beraten die nationalen und internationalen Kunden und repräsentieren einen bekannten Arbeitgeber auf dem Zürich als;

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung und operative Mitarbeit über die Mandanten im Bereich Payroll
  • Führung und Entwicklung von 2\-3 Mitarbeitern
  • Sicherstellung, dass alle gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Meldungen, An\- und Abmeldungen sowie Änderungsmeldungen bei AHV/IV/EO, ALV, BVG, NBU, KTG und anderen Trägern fristgerecht und korrekt erfolgen
  • Proaktives Monitoring und Umsetzung aller gesetzlichen Neuerungen in den Sozialversicherungen, Quellensteuer etc.
  • Beratung der Mandanten bei Fragen zu Quellensteuer, Bewilligungen, Mutterschaftsentschädigung, Familienzulagen etc. auf DE \& EN
  • Ausbau der Dienstleistung, Prozessen und Strukturen (Erstellung und Überwachung)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Factoring\- / Abrechnungsteam

Ihr Profil

  • Erfahrung im Mandatspayrolling, Erfahrung in internationalen Vergütungen (Aktien / Options) oder den sich in diesem Bereich einzuarbeiten / weiterzubilden
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Payroll, Steuern, Sozialversicherung und Arbeitsrecht,
  • Abacus\-Kenntnisse, IT und System affin, gute Kenntnisse in Excel
  • Den und das Verständnis Prozesse und die Dienstleistung auszubauen und die Fähigkeit dem Management die Projektschritte und \-budget zu kommunizieren
  • Eigenverantwortung, selbstständiges Arbeiten und eine starke Selbstorganisationsfähigkeit
  • Muttersprache Deutsch, Englisch Level C1
