Für unseren Kunden, ein erfolgreiches, international tätiges Industrieunternehmen mit Holding\- und Managementgesellschaft in Baar, suchen wir einen Group Project Controller mit unternehmerischem Denken und Gestaltungswillen.

In dieser neu geschaffenen Position unterstützen Sie den Chief Growth Officer in enger Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern und abgestimmt mit dem CFO bei der finanziellen Steuerung strategischer Wachstumsinitiativen und interner Projekte – von der Erstellung fundierter Business Cases bis zur Erfolgskontrolle der Umsetzung. Als Sparring Partner des Managements schaffen Sie Transparenz, hinterfragen bestehende Prozesse und liefern fundierte, datenbasierte Entscheidungsgrundlagen.

Gesucht wird eine engagierte Persönlichkeit mit mindestens drei Jahren Erfahrung im Controlling oder Analysebereich, die Verantwortung übernehmen und die nächste Wachstumsphase des Unternehmens aktiv mitgestalten möchte.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Erstellung und Bewertung von Business Cases für strategische Initiativen und Wachstumsprojekte inklusive finanzieller Szenarien, CAPEX, OPEX und erwarteter Renditen
  • Konsolidierung und Analyse finanzieller, operativer und marktbezogener Daten sowie Erstellung von Finanzplänen, Budgets und Forecasts
  • Ganzheitliches Controlling strategischer Projekte und Investitionen hinsichtlich Kosten, Ressourcen, Verpflichtungen, Meilensteinen und Zielerreichung
  • Frühzeitige Identifikation von Abweichungen, Risiken und Chancen sowie Erarbeitung und Nachverfolgung geeigneter Korrekturmassnahmen
  • Überwachung der Umsetzung genehmigter Investitionen und Sicherstellung der Realisierung geplanter finanzieller und operativer Mehrwerte
  • Erstellung aussagekräftiger Reports, KPI\-Auswertungen und Management\-Präsentationen sowie Entwicklung und Pflege von Power\-BI\-Dashboards

Ihr Profil

  • Studium in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Betriebswirtschaft oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Finance, Controlling, Business Analyse oder Projekte
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der Budgetierung, Forecasting und finanzieller Bewertung sowie die Fähigkeit finanzielle Daten, operative Entwicklungen und strategische Ziele miteinander zu verknüpfen
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, gepaart mit hoher Eigenständigkeit und überzeugendem Stakeholder Management
  • Sehr gute ERP\- und Excel\-Kenntnisse, idealerweise Erfahrung mit Microsoft Dynamics und Power BI
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse
