Unser Mandant ist ein international tätiges, familiär geführtes Unternehmen aus der europäischen Binnenschifffahrt. Was einst mit einem einzigen Schiff begann, hat sich zu einer erfolgreichen Unternehmensgruppe mit 17 Schiffen, rund 125 Crew\-Mitglieder im Ausland und namhaften Kunden aus der Energiebranche entwickelt. Die Spezialisierung liegt im Transport Gefahrgütern auf europäischen Wasserstrassen. Im Februar 2027 werden zur Stärkung der Struktur neue Büros in Zug bezogen. Dafür suchen wir eine initiative Payroll\-Fachperson, die nicht nur die Payroll verantwortet, sondern auch Prozesse aufbaut, Strukturen mitgestaltet und die Geschäftsleitung aktiv unterstützt. Eine spannende Gelegenheit für jemanden, der gerne Verantwortung in einem anfangs kleinen Team übernimmt, mitdenkt und etwas bewegen möchte als;

Senior Payroll Spezialist, 100% \- \[A016217\]

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Erstellen der monatlichen Lohnabrechnungen und Mutationen von 125 HC’s und 3 Entities inkl. Jahresendarbeiten
  • Personaladministration inkl. Erstellen von Arbeitsverträgen und Sicherstellung der arbeitsrechtlichen Vorgaben, Pflege der Personaldaten, An\- und Abmeldungen bei Versicherungen und Behörden
  • Absenzen Management (Krank\- und Unfallmeldungen, inkl. Kontrolle Verlauf und Koordination mit Versicherungen
  • Verantwortung für Prozessaufbau, Management der Familienzulagen etc.
  • Telefonische Betreuung und Beratung der internationalen Mitarbeitenden bei Fragen rund um die Lohnabrechnung, Sozialversicherungen und weitere personaladministrative Anliegen. Dabei bist du eine wichtige Ansprechperson, erklärst komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich und unterstützt die Mitarbeitenden lösungsorientiert und serviceorientiert.

Ihr Profil

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Payroll mit abgeschlossener Weiterbildung im Payroll und oder HR / Sozialversicherungen
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung und eine starke Serviceorientierung, Detailgenau und verantwortungsbewusst, lösungsorientiertes Denken und Arbeiten, fähig die Business\-Sicht einzunehmen
  • Sie kennen eventuell bereits das ERP Abacus, sind bewandert mit Excel mindestens bis Pivots und X\-Verweise
  • Deutsch Muttersprache, Englisch mindestens B2 (jede weitere Sprache von Vorteil)
